Olive Oil Bread

500g bread flour

1 yeast

200ml warm water

50g Olea Lesvos olive oil

1 sweet spoon of salt

29g. sugar

For the stuffing:

Black olive oils (as many as you wish)


Olea Lesvos Olive oil

Mix well the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a big bowl

Then, mix the water and oil together and knead well

Leave the dough to rise for one hour until doubled in size

Mix the stuffing ingredients in a bowl

Split the dough in half and add the stuffing on top

Shape into a long oval and leave the dough to rise on an oiled baking sheet for 30 minutes

Bake the olive oil bread in fan 180°C for almost 45’ minutes
