Olea Mytilene Premium is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil, produced in limited batches and obtained by cold extraction and solely by mechanical means. The olives are picked in November in the mountainous olive groves of Plomari Estates, using traditional methods.
It is a superior category olive oil and a product of the Protected Geographical Indication (P.G.I.) Lesvos, characterized by a particularly low acidity (max. 0.3%) and a high concentration of antioxidants and phenols.
The bright golden green color, the exquisite flavor profile, the fruity palette -typical of the native Kolovi variety- and the well balanced fruity, bitter and pungent attributes make Olea Mytilene Premium a noticeable extra virgin olive oil.
